“Abby has a ball to help her core muscles.”-Mischa
“This week in math we played jeopardy, math jeopardy. How you play: first you pick the problem your choices are division, multiplication, addition and subtraction. Then you pick a number from 10, 20, 30, 40, 40 is the hardest. Then your team tries to guess if they guess wrong the other team tries if one of the teams guesses right they get the point. All in al it was GREAT!”-Cian
“Our new poem is called Every Dog’s Story by Mary Oliver. The poem is about a dog who finds a safe place where the moon shines on a human’s bed. I like that it’s about a dog. It makes me feel calm. All in all it’s my favorite poem yet.”-Rebecca
“This week (to be more exact Tuesday and Thursday) there is a little cat from next door (I think) that came over. It’s very friendly. It would climb from shoulder to shoulder. It’s so cute. We named it “Little Tiger”. Isn’t that a nice name? I lover her! I hope that it comes back sometime!”-Zooey (Update Little Tiger was revealed to be the neighbor’s kitten who had run away. We returned him).
“Mr. Fox tells time at morning meeting in the community room. To play the game you have to to stay still when Mr. Fox looks at you. You take as many steps as he tells you.”-Emma
“I played Mr. Fox everyday this week at school because we change games every week. Someone is the fox and everyone else tries to touch the fox without him seeing.”-Gabriel

“This week we had music with Andrew. We had the first class with ukuleles and we learned our first two notes. They were C and A. He also taught us how to use the ukuleles properly and tune them. We took them home to practice the notes and strum them. It was a lot of fun to learn ukulele and I hope to learn more fun stuff.”-Kelley
“This week we played a game called “Captain’s Coming”. This is how to play it. You need a lot of people. Some of the commands are go to the front of the boat and go to the back of the boat. There is clean the deck and there is sea sick and you run to the side of the boat. The game is so fun.”-Colby
“This week it was icy, so we had an ice drifting competition. The way it works is that there are one or two judges and 2-8 players. The judge(s) decide on a challenge such as twirl, dance, flip etc. The players do the challenges and the judge rates it one-ten. The person with the highest score is the winner. Sometimes people just free for all, and that’s fun too. I like sliding and I’m going to miss the ice!”-Eden
“We had 5 more days until the 100th day of school. We have been working all year. Soon it will be the museum.”-Caleb
“The school had the 100th day of school on Valentine’s day at school because we made it through 100 days of school. We had a museum.”-Abby
